Customer Service Rep. -SIXT Rent a Car Indianapolis Airport

Sixt Rent a Car, a Tom Wood company, located at the Indianapolis International Airport in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Pay: $17/hour 

Schedule: Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off) 

 

Responsibilities:  

Greet customers and assist them with the car rental process, including reservations, vehicle selection, and any special requests.Process reservations and changes, ensuring customers have accurate and up-to-date information on their rentals.Perform vehicle inspections with customers before and after rentals, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately.Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to rentals, offering solutions in a calm and efficient manner.Work closely with other team members, including management and support staff, to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.

 

Qualifications:  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to customers.Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging or high-pressure situations, with a focus on finding solutions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.Experience working with a car rental company or in the travel/hospitality industry is an advantage.MUST have a valid driver’s license with a CLEAN record
