This position involves handling orders received via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Additionally, the role includes assisting with warehouse operations, such as order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory management. ResponsibilitiesInput customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Interact with walk-in customers, delivering excellent customer service.Move materials within the warehouse or storage facility using hand trucks or other material handling equipment.Utilize company-approved software to process orders, check inventory, and manage shipments.Accurately pull, check, and ship all product and equipment orders.Ensure all inventory is properly rotated and adequately stocked.Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.Lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds multiple times daily.Keep warehouse clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.1-2 years of customer service experience required.Proficient computer skills, including data entry and order management software.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail when completing paperwork and processing orders.Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures. Your New OrganizationThis organization values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth, creating an environment where your skills can thrive.
