Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combination Store Customer Service Representative position. The Combination Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

$19 - $21 / hr DOEGreet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useSell welding and safety products and services to customerFit and sell medical products and services to customersContinue education on industry billing criteria as it relates to specific customer insurance requirementsInitiate and complete new patient referral information files and assist in setting up new accounts where applicableIssue product sales quotes to customersTrack customer’s order in the computer and be able to interpret where order is in the delivery processPerform other tasks as assigned or necessary

QualificationsMedical homecare experience is a plusGood typing and 10-key skillsWorking knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability and pricingWorking knowledge of welding, gases and suppliesAbility to frequently lift up to 50 lbsAbility to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbsAbility to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
