Description: • Taking inbound calls for 2 types of situations: • Upgrade/New Product for customers • Replacement parts • Candidates will be trouble shooting issues over the phone MUST HAVES: • 6+ months of call center experience • Mechanically inclined individual (must be able to understand motors and/or the mechanical process of fixing products or how it works) Shift: Must be open to a shift from 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
