What We Offer $16.50 per hour 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral bonuses What We're Looking For Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; OR 6+ months of related experience or training; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and work effectively with customers and sales Basic mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Solid troubleshooting skills Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10 pounds What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative Provide telephone support for customers, TSMs, and consumers Manage all inbound calls per Call Quality Standards Interface with outside vendors for art proofs and customer orders Assist with internal and external customer orders Receive, review, and submit order requests Review customer orders for pricing, accuracy, and compliance Remain knowledgeable on BSG products, processes, and promotions Problem-solve basic to complex customer-related issues Process Customer Service Correspondence (CSC) requests Maintain and establish access for customers on the Customer Web Portal Assist with Contact Us and other customer communications sites Submit and manage Proof of Delivery claims Interface with the warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and other departments Issue and track Return Authorizations Provide backup support to Logo and Order Entry Meet monthly performance goals Assist with other projects and tasks Perform other duties as assigned
