Customer Service Representative

Job Overview and Responsibilities

Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner is key to creating memorable experiences and building customer loyaltyStepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have inconvenienced a customerWorking each and every day with a safety mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standardsNavigating challenges by being steady yet adaptable. Maintaining composure and managing conflict and not taking customer frustration personally.Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them be successful with new processes and technologies.Working with state of the art tools in an exciting environmentChecking-in and processing of passengers and baggage onto flightsEnsuring that passengers are in possession of valid documentation for travelMeeting and boarding flights, assisting passengers wherever required that includes:Working remote arrivals and departures outside (heat, rain, snow)Driving on the rampBaggage service handling, incl. occasional lifting of bags up to 25kgManual handling of aircraft doorsTransfer counterAssigned other duties in Customer Services as and when required to meet operational demands ensuring the smooth runningProfessional service to our customers, both internal and external
