You'll be the voice of our company—turning incoming calls into booked service appointments and ensuring every customer is left with a smile! What You’ll Do: + Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments. + Deliver clear, engaging, and personable calls. + Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and foster repeat business. + Maintain and update customer records accurately. + Adhere to our customer complaint resolution plan to keep clients happy. + Participate in training and outbound call initiatives to boost your success.
