Responsibilities

Obtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservations systemComplete customer reservations in a timely and courteous mannerProvide customers with information on the services provided and direct them as neededWork within the RouteMatch system to accommodate trips as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsExcellent judgment and problem solving skillsGeneral knowledge of the Denver Metro areaBasic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environmentEssential Job FunctionsAbility to proficiently operate a computer with a keystroke speed of no less than 35 corrected words per minuteAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to multitask and work well under time restraintsAbility to communicate clearly in the English language; foreign language proficiency beneficialAbility to use a standard business telephone system for communicationAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and scriptsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
