As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales opportunities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building rapport with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

Support Residential customers at Front Desk – sales of remotes and parts and troubleshoot customer problemsEnter new customers, new line items, and new POsAnswer phones/Service calls

Preferred Qualifications: 

Associate degree or three years of CSR experience Construction Industry experience preferablyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization skills with attention to detailHighly productive and team-oriented individualMust be a self-starter who learns independently, displays initiative and creativityPossess excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize to maximize productivityMust be able to multitask in a high impact fast-paced departmentMust demonstrate flexibility to meet needs in a changing environmentAbility to work with all levels of the organizationA skills assessment and aptitude test will be performed for all job finalists

Compensation

 

This position offers a salaried, entry-level opportunity, with a standard 40-hour workweek expectation.
