Customer Service Representative

Our client, a wholesale distribution company is looking to hire a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative for their location in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate would need at least 2 years of Customer Service experience for this position. Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers with inquiries regarding our services & products. Answer incoming calls, resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.

The Day-to-Day:

Assist customers with product information.Complete the necessary paperwork.Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately.Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma.Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual).Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Prior experience in sales is highly preferred.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$19.00 to $20.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
