Responsibilities:\n\nReceive service calls via phone, email, and customer websites\nInput and monitor work order progress with consistent updates to the customer\nPrioritize and dispatch technicians for service calls; review call history to avoid duplicate calls\nFollow up on emergency overnight and weekend calls\nReview completed work orders and submit to billing team\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExceptional leadership, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task\nAbility to work individually with a teamwork mindset\nExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage\nCall center experience a plus\n\n
