The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of Wisconsin is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments,  dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs and generating reports and invoices for the work performed out in the field. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the state.

Customer Service Reps (CSR) Core Responsibilities:

Answering customer phone callsExplaining our services to potential clientsManaging the customer experienceScheduling of appointmentsDispatch, routing, scheduling of jobs for our technicians, and generating reports using our office software systemShift: 8 hour daytime shift, full-time (some flexibility of hours may be available)Availability: General workday is Monday through Friday

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and telephone skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in the plumbing and pool industries - a plus but not requiredExperience using QuickBooks is a plus but not required
