Apply today to make a significant impact on your career and join a team dedicated to excellence. What you will be doing: Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to introduce new plan benefits for existing members Answering and documenting members' calls related to inquiries, questions, and concerns for eligibility. Provide essential support by answering questions regarding the benefits of the new plan year benefits. Your New Role: Join a distinguished organization in Houston, TX as a Customer Service Advocate.
