WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communications, processing sales orders, and supporting account management efforts. You'll also collaborate with the outside sales team to enhance account profitability, engage in product training, and develop technical knowledge to better serve customer needs.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
