Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) Primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquires to determine their needed services and resolve their problems. Work shift: 5 days a week/40 hours Qualifications: + Must be able to work with very minimal supervision. + Ready to deliver an exceptional experience and create a lasting impression. + Good listener, solution finder and relationship builder. + Must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor. + Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail. + Must be a fast learner with new technology and software applications. + Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Google software. + Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties. + Customer service experience preferred. + Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player who can thrive in a fun, fast paced environment. + Please be open-minded, creative, self-motivated, and have a willingness to learn.
