Your tasks and responsibilities:

Manage Customer sales order requirements to point of use in line with business demands.Work closely with Production and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are meeting on time delivery requirements.Conduct Customer business reviews to ensure site performance keeps on target.Work closely with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to point of use.Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality to issue resolution.Chair daily operational reviews and advocate voice of the Customer to strive top performance.

Your qualifications and experience:

Batchelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience within a Customer Service, Planning, or Logistics function.Proven customer relations experience working within a complex supply chain and leading supply issues to resolution.Ability to interact and make supply allocation calls whilst meeting customer needs.SAP experience and Customer service

Team Player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.Problem solving approach with good communication and collaboration skills.Proven ability to conduct and lead meetings efficiently with various functions.Demonstrate end to end relationship management with accountability and responsibility.Analytical skills: the ability to collate and analyse data for appropriate decision making.
