Customer Service Representative
**Adecco** is assisting a local client in recruiting for a **Customer Service Specialist** position in the **Casseelberry ,Fl. area.** Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! **Job Responsibilities:** The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service and clerical support. Provides customer service and clerical support for the Finance Department. (95%) Receives and processes payments via telephone or in person for utility invoices, utility deposits, and all other cash receipts. Utilizes correct payment coding to ensure accurate recording of transactions. Maintains cash register and performs daily reconciliation for cash, check and/or credit card payments applicable to customer accounts to accurately record accounts receivable balances. Participates in department meetings, staff meetings and other related activities. Completes the identified required or assigned training timely and applies acquired knowledge and/or skills. Participates as a member of the staff as required to take action in the event of an emergency. **Hours:** 7:00am- 6:00pm Monday through Thursday **Pay rate** :is $18.25 per hour.
