Requirements: + Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Order entry based off customer emails or phone calls. + Good phone voice and patience + Solid computer skills – order entry software is unique so no need to name it; but the candidates should be comfortable with order entry. + Learn and understand SWG’s products and order processing system. + Assist with inventory counts. + Assist with quality control on orders picked and staged. + Assist walk in customers. + Other tasks as requested. + Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and type in English. A Spanish bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
