\r\n\r\n\t\t\tPay for this position is $22.01/hr
\r\n\r\n\t\t\tAs a Customer Service Rep you will:
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tBill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements\r\n\t\t\t\tRecognize and resolve documentation errors\r\n\t\t\t\tAssist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions\r\n\t\t\t\tPerform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing\r\n\t\t\t\tProcess over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\tCandidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t2 years of customer service experience\r\n\t\t\t\tStrong computer, typing and 10-key skills\r\n\t\t\t\tExperience with Microsoft Office\r\n\t\t\t\tAvailable to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t
