Job Description
The Customer Service Representative provides current and prospective domestic and international customers with information about products, services, processes purchase orders, quotations, product returns, and complaints, all while building solid customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

This is a fully on-site position in Emerson, New Jersey.
Work Environment
Working schedule: 8:30 am to 5:15 pm with a 45-minute unpaid break.
