Customer Service Representative
Description: Contract role for 1 year. Could convert if they are doing well, or could get extended. Strictly a contract role to start out. Core Hours: 8am to 5pm EST Navico Group is a stand-alone division of Brunswick, the world’s largest recreational marine business. We are seeking a Warranty Claims Rep that will join our remote team (with core EST hours of operation). This is an exciting opportunity where you will enter a position that requires close coordination with Customer Service, Quality, and Technical Support. The best candidate for this role should have the ability to review and comprehend contracts, process and record warranty claims data with integrity, and accept additional work load as delegated. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, accept delegated workload and drive completion of tasks within a timely manner per processes as well as the ability to uphold the highest standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Work independently • Review and understand existing warranty contracts and terms • Provide warranty support to all channel partners, consumers, and internal customers • Vet and process Warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner • Record detailed records of all RMA’s processed into the SalesForce CRM • Execute rational judgment on when to escalate questions and concerns to team members • Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Field service, Product Management, Quality, or Tech Support as needed • Correspond with Returns receiving team on associated Warranty claims About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
