Basic Function: Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Processing and managing orders to ensure accuracy and the highest service levels. Communication within Customer Service Team, across departments and with customers in order to provide accurate and timely information.

Major Responsibilities / Activities:Develop adequate understanding of Cerro Wire products and processesProcessing of EDI/House Account orders with speed and accuracy as well as cross-checking orders for other CSRs as neededManaging customer orders for reps/customersOrder checking and maintenanceManaging backorder flow to ensure customer satisfactionCoordinating delivery lead times, expedite and relaying of information to appropriate partiesAssisting Reps/Customers by providing inventory checks and production lead time informationAssisting in processing RMA/CMA’s for Customer Service Team and communication of production related issues to appropriate personnel for evaluation and actionProviding back-up departmental support as neededCommunication across internal departments and identification of issues and appropriate reconciliationOther duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:Associates Degree or higher • Proficiency in Windows Office Suite products • Demonstrated organizational skills • Proven attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeFive years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficient with Sage ERP Products
