Position Summary The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for ready mix customers. RequirementsAnswers the phones and places new ordersMust be able to type 30-35 WPMCall customers as needed for dispatchersResponsible for total customer satisfactionSpeak to our customers in a positive and friendly mannerAnswer customer’s questions on  concrete productsMinimum Education and ExperienceHigh school degree or equivalentExperience in the ready mix concrete industry and strong understanding of concrete, admixtures and aggregate1-3 years of related experience using COMMAND data dispatch systemKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong computer, phone and customer service skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentWilling to work various hours including overtimeAbility to maintain composure in all situations and not become defensive or irritatedKnowledge of the Northern Arizona and surrounding geographic areaBilingual preferred
