Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Monitor the blow mold machines to ensure quality of product and its processingOrder entry & maintenanceShipping verificationPricing verificationInput customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback DatabaseAssist with customer inventory managementManage customer owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.)Manage customer specific finished goodsAssist with the management of obsolete inventoryAssist with accounts receivablesMaintenance of manual BOLInvoicing verificationSample shipmentsMail marketing information (brochures)Generate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.)Assist with Credit Memos when neededMaintain customer files

Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing experience is desiredTwo years prior customer service experience is requiredAn AS degree is preferredKnowledge of MS Office is required
