Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Serves customers by providing information & resolving service problemsAct as a liaison between the warehouse and the customerVerifies hands-on inventory is sufficient to cover shipping ordersInteracts with drivers & completes customer paperwork as product is shipped or receivedInterfaces with customers via phone, email and counterCustomer Service Representative Qualifications:
Customer Service experienceStrong problem solving and people skillsUnderstanding of computer and office systems such as Microsoft Office Suite & Google AppsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganization and attention to detail are a MUSTApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
