Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as an in-store customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure adequate stocking levels of product and product literature POP materials are present and available for consumersWorks directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure that displays have been set properly and that merchandising materials are in their proper place in an agreed upon timeframeWorks directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure that product displays are constructed and in place on time and maintained throughout the selling seasonVisits stores in accordance with proposal schedule and resolves store management concerns and problemsInspects product quality and monitor inventory levelsConducts price comparisons and communicates information as requiredAssists in the presentation of product knowledge seminarsAssists in resolving accounts receivable problems and opportunitiesWorks store openings and special sales events as requiredPrepares various reports and maintains records as requiredPerforms other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum associates degree; preferred bachelor's degreeMinimum of one year of customer services experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
