The Service Department seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leesville, LA. \n

Responsibilities:\n\nFoster a positive attitude and image for Champion Home Builders to retailers and homebuyers.\nBe an asset to our retailers and homeowners, find ways to say \"yes\" rather than \"No\"\nAnswer incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries promptly, thoroughly, courteously and accurately.\nInterfaces between homeowners, retailers and Champion to resolve warranty issues.\nWrite accurate service orders and parts orders for contractors and technicians to complete warranty work.\nTakes ownership of specific individual duties as assigned by supervisors. Able to work without close supervision. \nComfortable multitasking. \nStrong work ethic and communication skills.\nManages warranty work using proprietary software. \nAssist in maintaining data base of homeowners and open work orders.\nCross-train to be a parts coordinator\n\n

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge\n\nAbility to work in a team environment\nExcellent communication skills\nCalm and patient demeanor when working with retailers and homeowners\nStrong attention to detail\nComputer skills including experience with Word and Excel\nValid driver's license and clean driving record\nHigh School diploma or equivalent experience\n\n

We work Monday through Friday during normal work hours. Overtime is available depending upon our work load. Wages dependent upon work experience. \n
