Job Purpose
The CSR is responsible for ensuring key administrative functions related to order processing, invoicing, complaint processing and response are efficiently and effectively processed in a friendly manner. Supports the sales team and their efforts of customer satisfaction inside and outside the facility. Personnel functioning in this role work closely with Sales employees, Shipping & Receiving and Manufacturing, so that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Principal Accountabilities
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Technical Sales Manager and provides support to all other functional departments within the organization.
Primary responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
+ Established as primary contact for incoming calls, potential new sales and follow-up
+ Main contact for sales personnel and to be available to assist on an as needed basis for customer requests.
+ Data entry for all incoming work using software program for Sales order entries and work orders when needed.
+ Responsible for generating Purchase orders when needed as well as updating blanket purchase order quantities, acknowledging receipt and confirmation of all other customer PO’s
+ Record and monitor customer related weekly reports and providing documented and accurate paperwork to S&R
+ Keeping track of Sales orders and purchase orders with customer file maintenance
+ Creating and updating Customer profile sheets
+ Ability to generate part ID and decon numbers, fill out paperwork, and incorporate changes in JobBoss
+ Update and create “picture spreadsheets” for kits and individual parts per customer
+ Monitor and upkeep of process notification forms (PNF) in logbook in the sales office
+ Able to assist sales with quotes and tracking information for the customer as requested
+ Reporting functions or mailing of general flyers or tracks to customers on an as needed basis
+ Assist with Non-Conformance Reports as needed
+ Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
+ Must have High School diploma or equivalent; Two (2) years of work experience in a
+ customer service-related position
+ Diligence in following procedures, prioritizing, multiple tasks, and producing accurate, high quality, detailed results.
+ Well-organized, self-starter able to work independently while promoting a team-environment.
+ Outgoing personality with effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers alike.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
+ Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite. Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred.
**Multilingual - Able to understand and communicate in English and Chinese is desired. Japanese and Spanish are also valuable.**

+ **The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
