Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service division. We are looking for a values-driven, positive, and motivated professional who will strive to give the best service to our awesome customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:  

Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.Engage in regional customer support activities including accurate entry of orders, quotes and RMA's, and creation and maintenance of special specificationsCommunicate to customers and reps on deliverables and resolving of additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers. Complete and pass required customer service certifications.Use judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems

Salary Information

Pay range for position is $25.70 - $32.00 per hour. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
