Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading supply store located in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

Serve customers by addressing product and service challenges, providing detailed product information to resolve issues effectively.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, logging essential account details and customer data.Investigate and resolve product or service complaints by identifying the root cause, offering optimal solutions, and ensuring timely correction.Uphold strict confidentiality concerning customer financial information and identities.Process customer transactions including refunds, shipments, and account adjustments.Assist in generating customer service reports by gathering and analyzing relevant customer data.Proactively promote additional products and services to customers when appropriate.

Requirements:

Preferred: College degreeRequired: Two to three years of customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with phone systemsCollaborative team player committed to fostering a supportive work environmentKnowledge of our industry, market, and product offeringsSkilled in conflict resolution with a focus on customer satisfactionEfficient in documenting customer interactions with attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
