ProLogistix is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious client in Whitsett, NC.
Schedule and Pay for Customer Service Representative:
Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm $15.00/hrJob Duties for customer Service Rep include, but not limited to:
Update database systems by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current Provide status feedback to customers, end users and call center Provide escalation data to support decision making for larger accounts Provide invoices to customer for billable repairs Payment collections Overtime will be required during peak season Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing scores Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customersAs a Customer Service Rep for ProLogistix We Offer You:

High School Diploma or GED Certificate Preferred Technical/Functional Skills Minimum 1 year recent quality experience a plus • Quality assurance experience is required Must be a team player Have a keen eye for detail Quality certifications or memberships is a plus Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts and overtime in a warehouse environment Able to move boxes, totes and products and lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand up and bend for entire shift Able to count accurately Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers Able to follow written and verbal work instructionsApply Now!
