Customer Service Representative
**Now hiring a Escalation Support Specialist for a Manufacturing Company!** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.** • Use tools to respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions to their app-related issues; • Coordinate effectively with both the development team and the app support team to communicate identified issues and customer feedback, ensuring timely updates and resolutions are prioritized; • Prioritize, update and solve support cases within the service level time frames; • Test and verify app functionality or features or bug reports; • Log ongoing customer issues and feedback in a designated spreadsheet, ensuring accurate tracking of reported problems for the software development team; escalate as needed to Level 2 support; • Complete data entry and projects as assigned by supervisor; • Use down time to stay informed about product updates, features, and best practices to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations; • Follow all organization’s policies, practices, and procedures; • Be proactive and participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals; and This position is fully remote.
