**Description** **Senior Customer Service Representative- HME Access- Portland, Oregon** **Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F (8:00am to 5:00pm)** The Associate Customer Service Representative is the primary point for all Home Services Business Office and HME Access Services staff to refer patient insurance change requests. The position's primary responsibility is to ensure that all identified patient account insurance changes are properly completed in the HME transaction system. This position supports the timely and successful completion of HME orders and proper billing by ensuring accuracy in insurance coverage on each order.
