Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced **Customer Service Representative** . PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office, onsite role. No other options available. **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date:** Within two to three weeks. **Location** : Intersect of Great Works Estates Road and Wells Street in North Berwick, ME. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying. **Hours** : 7:30am to 4:00pm; M-F **Pay:** $20.00 to $ 20.00/hr **Length:** Long Term Responsibilities for the **Customer Service Representative** role include: + Perform procurement activities to ensure the customer’s current and anticipated demand for products and materials (stock and/or non-stock, or spot buy) are met and in alignment with Client’s purchasing strategies. + Review and approve assigned inventory forecasts produced by Client’s inventory management or other Enterprise Resource Planning application. + Review and approve daily replenishment recommendations produced by Client’s inventory management or other Enterprise Resource Planning application. + Assess existing orders to determine action for expediting or de-expediting for optimal delivery. + Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders. + Negotiate and coordinate vendor returns for aging, expired, or excess inventory; coordinate other liquidation activities as required. + Follow-up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with customers. + Communicate with vendors to resolve problems with timeliness and product quality. + Maintain and cultivate relationships with one or more suppliers, vendors, and assigned customers. + Research and resolve account payables nonconformance with suppliers. Qualifications for this **Customer Service Representative** role: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Excellent customer service. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Proficiency with MS-Office products. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
