**Adecco is seeking a dedicated and professional Storeroom Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Berwick, ME. In this role, you’ll be stationed at a customer location and responsible for delivering exceptional service through procurement, vendor management, and invoice resolution. Your main focus will be ensuring that the customer’s needs are met with high standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency. If you are interested please read the summary and qualifications below.** **Location:** North Berwick, ME (03906) **Work Hours:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (with occasional overtime) **Pay Rate:** $20 Per hour **Dress Code:** Jeans or long pants with a collared shirt/blouse. Steel-toe shoes are required. **This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential for permanent hire.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Execute procurement activities to meet customer demand for both stock and non-stock items. + Review and approve inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations. + Place and manage purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders. + Assess and coordinate order adjustments to ensure optimal delivery timelines. + Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve quality issues. + Manage vendor returns for expired or excess inventory and oversee liquidation activities. + Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice and order issues. + Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships while adhering to all operational protocols. + Ensure a clean and organized workspace that aligns with safety and professional standards. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field preferred. + Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; familiarity with ERP and inventory management applications is a plus. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude. + Basic mathematical skills for calculations. + CPM certification is a plus. **Physical Requirements and Work Environment:** + Work is conducted primarily at a computer with occasional standing and walking. + Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionally. + Will be working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to dirt, smoke, and temperature variations. + Safety gear such as steel-toe shoes, hand, foot, and eye protection may be required per customer protocols. **If this sounds like the position for you, apply today with your up to date resume!** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
