Customer Service Representative
Job Description Insight Global is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will support a growing women-owned business. This position focuses on supporting the company's customers by handling inbound and outbound calls to coordinate logistics of deliveries across the USA. Additional responsibilities will include attending company meetings, entering data, learning their delivery software and other duties as assigned. While operations run 24/7 year-round, the hours for this position are 8am - 5pm CST and will be on-site Monday - Friday.
