Description Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This position would see the candidate be responsible for interacting with the company's customers, providing them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. They must have the ability to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, and also address customer complaints and resolve their problems efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities: + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. + Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver satisfaction. + Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution. + Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. + Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. + Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. + Take the extra mile to engage with customers. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. + Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities. + Familiar with CRM systems and practices. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + High school degree.
