Customer Service Representative
Description We are a leading company in our industry, dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional services to our customers. As a growing company, our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to help manage and facilitate interactions with our valued customers. Responsibilities: + Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including email, phone, and social media. + Provide product and service information to customers and identify upselling opportunities when appropriate. + Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution. + Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a comprehensible way. + Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies to improve quality of customer service. + Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to understand the customers' needs and implement necessary changes. + Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. + Stay informed about new products, services, and promotional offers. Requirements + High school diploma required, higher education levels preferred. + Minimum of 1-2 years customer support experience. + Strong phone handling and active listening skills. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to adapt/respond in different situations and to different customer types. + Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. + Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. + Available to work in shifts.
