Description
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Itasca, Illinois. This role is central to our operations, involving the management and resolution of customer inquiries, along with maintaining an accurate customer database. As part of this role, you will be expected to process orders, manage customer accounts, and contribute to our commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and manage customer orders and returns
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain and update the customer database using tools such as Salesforce and SAP
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Assist in direct marketing activities to develop new and existing customer relationships
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Enter and manage data accurately, including order entries and invoicing
Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service.
• Proven experience in data entry and order entry tasks.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
