Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is entirely on-site and requires someone who is capable of managing a high volume of calls in a professional and friendly manner. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will be centered around maintaining excellent customer service, handling client inquiries, and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Accurately document client interactions, capturing key information from client calls and entering it into the relevant forms.
• Maintain professional customer interactions while efficiently typing and engaging with the client.
• Set clear expectations for clients regarding next steps after each call.
• Manage the front desk during business hours, ensuring a warm and professional presence.
• Handle occasional walk-in traffic from clients visiting the office.
• Receive and organize daily mail and deliveries.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and scheduling appointments.
• Balance inbound and outbound calls while maintaining an organized order of entry.
This role is an excellent opportunity for those who excel in high-volume call center environments and possess strong customer service and data entry skills.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in a call center customer service role
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Capacity to schedule appointments effectively
• Willingness to answer inbound calls and assist customers with queries and concerns
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
