Description We are seeking a passionate Contract Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by addressing their inquiries quickly and effectively. Responsibilities: + Handle high volume of inbound customer service calls, and respond to client requests via email and chat. + Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. + Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. + Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure the swift resolution of customer issues. Requirements + Proven experience in a customer service role. + Proficiency in relevant computer applications and systems. + Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities. + Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. + High school diploma or equivalent. Working Conditions: This contract position is based in Stamford, CT. Standard work schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
