You must have customer service experience. Monday to Friday paying $18.00.

Your Day:

Handling incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring seamless transactions.Diligently following up on missing or incomplete order components to ensure timely resolution.Effectively addressing and resolving any issues or problems related to our products or services, maintaining customer trust and loyalty.

About You:

Must have customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Must have strong understanding of customer service best practices.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with customers.
