Customer Service Representative

Our client, an insurance company is seeking Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, insurance experience, experience dealing directly with customers, ability to answer questions, resolve customer issues, handle billing and payment processing which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
**Location: Croton on Hudson, NY**
**Temp-Perm Opportunity**
**Pay Range: 20.00-22.00/hr., based on experience**
**M-Fri 9am-5pm**
**This position will be responsible for:**
+ Being a first point of contact for the agency
+ Handling Inbound and outbound calls
+ Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
+ Listening and resolving routine issues
+ Responding to basic billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations
+ Running Carrier Reports
+ Processing Certificates of Insurance
+ Follow up with customers and carriers for various documents
**Requirements:**
+ Computer Literate- Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
+ At least 2 years CSR experience
+ Insurance experience preferred
+ strong customer service skills
+ strong administrative skills
+ Exceptional communication skills
