Customer Service Representative
Position SummaryMom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. The starting wage is $17.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.Our team members enjoy:Free Breakfast & LunchCasual Dress CodeTiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1Weekly paychecksPTO, 401k, & a Full benefits packagePosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited toHandle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orderAddress questions, and provide exceptional customer serviceInput order information into the appropriate client order screenDocument all conversations with client into client information databaseEnsure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on fileContact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clientsWork quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushedRequired Skills & ExperienceHigh school degree or GED1 year of previous customer service experiencePrevious knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)Clear oral communication skillsAbility to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaintsPrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core valuesPreferred Skills & Experience1 year of previous call center experiencePrevious experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsPrevious experience working with HIPAA policies and proceduresBilingual (English/Spanish)Physical RequirementsRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingersSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periodsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
