Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesyHandle email correspondence promptly and efficientlyProcess and print invoices accuratelyEnter customer data into the system in a timely mannerProvide clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues or concernsEnsure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Required Experience & Skills:

At least 2 years of customer service experienceStrong understanding of customer service principles and best practicesExcellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly in EnglishPrevious experience in sales or client services is a plusProficient typing skills for efficient data entry and documentationAbility to analyze customer information to provide tailored solutions
