Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 07:00pm)Taking primarily outbound callsReach out to potential students, connect them with the campus in their areaSetting on campus appointmentsOvercoming student objections to drive them to the next stepCreating a great first impressionDriving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goalsCustomer Service Representative Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is a plusExperience with computers and programsAbility to multi-task between phone and data entryAbility to be high energy throughout the callSchedule:
Must have open availability between the hours of 6:00AM - 7:00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times)Must be available 8:00AM - 5:00PM during trainingApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
