Customer Service Representative

Dixon Specialty Products is seeking a Quote Specialist to join our Specialty Products Division in Chestertown, MD. This person will be responsible for managing quote requests and inquiries for the division through communication with vendors, purchasing, inside and outside sales, and customers. 1 year of Dixon CSR experience
required, 18 months preferred.

Responsibilities: 

Monitor and respond to requests in the DSP Sales account email and the quote
specialist google group Communicating with vendors daily regarding pricing, lead times, technical
information, issues, etc. Providing support to both internal and external customers Responding to email and phone inquiries Resolving product or service issues with customers Quoting, order entry & factory orders Working closely with our purchasing, accounting, advertising, engineering departments, product groups, and our branches Monitoring open orders in the system daily Assist with special projects as needed
