We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Customer Service Center in Milbank, SD. As a company, we continue to be innovative as we modernize our energy grid, enhance customers’ experiences, and work toward a cleaner energy future.
This position requires good organizational, excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills. Should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer programs. Experience in customer service, accounting, and marketing would be beneficial. Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-interview assessment.
The successful applicant will provide complete, accurate, and timely customer service and marketing service to all external and internal telephone and web customers.
