Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is the point of contact for customer queries and resolution. Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations and seamless turnaround in problem resolution are maintained and customer claims, product orders and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. May answer questions and provide prompt information related to potential concerns. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
Hybrid Position: Our Customer Service Representatives work from home after completing their 8 weeks of onsite training. Our preferred candidates will live within 50 miles of our Forth Worth office. Team members come into the office each month for meetings, special events and additional specialized training as needed.
Hours Of Operation: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm Central.
Shifts are 8 hours per day with work schedules determined by business needs and assigned during training.
Department Shift Bids are conducted every 6 months
On Site Team Training: 8 Weeks
Start Date: Monday January 13th
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Training consists of classroom instruction and nesting/shadowing.
To ensure your success, you'll have an opportunity to work closely with senior members of our team and use what you've learned in a supportive and supervised setting before completing training and moving your workspace home
Key Responsibilities
Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests with professional phone etiquette
Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accurate, well documented call notes
Self-starter who display a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance
Place direct, drop ship and remote enhanced delivery orders
Assist customers with system navigation
Ability to contribute effectively and consistently within a team while displaying McKesson I.C.A.R.E. principles
Process credit research and document retrieval requests
Meet all departmental goals including schedule adherence, attendance, and quality monitoring
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide first call resolution and de-escalate customer concerns
Work with multiple systems, up to 3 monitor, and multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong computer skills to include terminology, function, and navigation
Minimum Requirements
1+ years of related experience.
Education
H.S. diploma or equivalent
Critical Skills
Entire MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, etc.)
Detailed knowledge of systems: SAP, Verint, Cisco Finesse, Salesforce, WorkDay
Proven successful in managing competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis
Preferred Additional Skills
Success in a work from home environment preferred
Previous call center experience preferred
Pharmacy Tech experience preferred
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Traditional office requirements. Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
