Location: Largo, Florida
CoWorx Staffing has partnered with a nationwide logistics company in Largo, FL who is looking to add customer service representatives to their team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience!

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Desired Background/Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year customer service experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Environment: Logistics Warehouse
Pay: $15.50 an hour – We pay weekly!
Schedules: Fluctuating hours: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, and 10am to 7pm. All shifts include an hour lunch.
